On Sunday 27th June, John Morris is organising the 22nd Anniversary Charity Ride. It starts at 10.00am from the Hit or Miss Pub, Penn Street, Amersham HP7 0PX.
It’s in aid of Thames Hospicecare Windsor and Ascot. This organisation exists to improve care for people with cancer and life limiting illnesses and give support to their families and carers.
The route from the pub is a 15 mile ride to Huntswood Golf Club, Taplow Common Road , Burnham for a lunch stop and the final 15 miles back through Burnham Beeches, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Giles and back to the Hit or Miss Pub. 30 miles in total.

A donation on the day will secure entry as well. John doesn’t mention this in his blurb but we have often paid a fiver to ride in the past.
Always a good fun event in aid of a local charity.
