The ‘roadies’ were a bit quiet this weekend with only 2 riders racing.
On Saturday Peter Dixon rode at Hillingdon circuit and finished in the middle of the pack in a bunch sprint.
On Sunday Peter Dixon and Richard Jerome rode the Surrey league road race at Cutmill, they were hoping to get a result on the Hilly circuit until they realised they had to ride 7 laps of the course and we both dropped from the main bunch.
Pete was suffering from the previous two days efforts and went out on the climb on the second lap. Richard Jerome managed to finish but was also dropped with 2 laps of the circuit remaining. Richard finished 28th.
