This year’s Willesden Cycling Club AGM is on Sunday 6 December 2015 to be held at Ickenham Guide Hut, Community Close, Ickenham, UB10 8RE starting at 2.30 p.m. All members are welcome to come along and have their say.
If you would like Alterations and/or Additions to the Rules and Handbook then please submit to me in writing by Thursday 5 November latest mears.wendy@btinternet.com. I can then include on the AGM Agenda which will sent out to all members before the AGM.
Can officers send me a written report for the year 2014/2015 so that I can also include with the Agenda to be posted to all members, otherwise you will have to give a verbal report at the AGM.
