THE Minet Ladies Cycle Club are saddling up for a fundraising cycle ride this friday. The charity bike ride will take place at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit in Minet Country Park, in Springfield Road, Hayes, on August 20, between 1.30-4.30pm.
The riders will attempt to complete a combined total of 1000 laps of the circuit on the day, and the money raised will go towards children’s disability charity, The Acorn Youth Club.
The Minet Ladies are hoping to recruit more riders to help with the effort. Everyone is welcome, and it costs £2 to sign up.
