The Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony combines a fabulous night of fine dining and with a celebration of the club’s achievements made throughout 2015! Please find below full details about the event.

The hotel is situated in a countryside location, and is accessible by car or taxi. Please be aware that Tilehouse Lane is a small, winding country lane without street lighting.

Dinner
Festivities will begin with a glass of bubbly on your arrival, followed by a delicious three-course banquet with a further glass of wine, concluding with coffee and mints. All of the above is included within your ticket price, thanks to generous support from the club. A paid bar will also be available throughout the evening (cards accepted).

Awards Ceremony
The awards will be presented by Willesden CC President, Mrs Gladys Purdy, and coordinated by Trophy Secretary Mr Jim Mears. Members who are due to receive an award are warmly encouraged to come to the dinner to accept their award, however if you are not able to, please let us know who you would like to accept the award on your behalf.
Live music & dancing
Following the Awards Ceremony there will be a fantastic live band, The Stylettes (see website), playing for your enjoyment. You will have the chance to relax and catch up with friends, tap your feet to the beat, or get up to get down on the dancefloor! The band will keep you dancing until midnight.
Accommodation
Should you wish to make the most of the occasion, or you prefer not to travel home after the dinner, overnight accommodation at the hotel can be booked at a preferential rate for dinner guests. The hotel has an indoor 18-metre pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
A number of rooms have been reserved until six weeks prior to the dinner, and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so please book early to avoid missing out. Classic Room: £69 bed & breakfast based on double occupancy (example: discounted from rack rate of £119 excluding breakfast at £8.50 per person)
Superior Room: £89 bed & breakfast based on double occupancy
Superior Family Room: £109 bed & breakfast based on 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children
Video & photography
Filming and photography will take place during the evening, for use in promotional material for the Club. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please advise a club official.
Dress code
The dress code for the evening is lounge suits and cocktail dresses.
